Today school was tiring.
Was having gastric pain in the morning.
So was like not in the mood lur.
Then after school still have NAPFA test.
Actually don't feel like going de.
Then later, i feel better liao.
So went for NAPFA lur.
Souyan wasn't there, so i'm the first lur.
After doing sit & reach, the last station is Incline-pull-up.
But after doing sit & reach, i sprained my both shoulder.
Cause i forced myself too much for the sit & reach.
End up, the teacher don't let me take incline-pull-up.
So didn't take lur. But both my shoulder was in great pain.
OUCH! It really hurts!
Thanks to FATEHA for helping me massage awhile.
Then it gets better. THANKYOU GIRL ! :D
After that, hang out with ESTHER awhile, then went home around 6pm.
& now, my shoulder still IN PAIN!

As the days goes by, i suddenly realised i no longers cares about you.
Your existence doesn't mean so much to me now.
Well, thats a good start.
Shall just let you fade off in my memory.
I'm glad to have you as my best friend in the past.
